Our Commitment

NY Notary has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The safety of children is a matter of the highest importance to us.

Nature of Our Service

NY Notary is a professional document notarization service. Users submit legal documents (such as contracts, affidavits, and powers of attorney) for remote notarization by a licensed New York State Notary Public. Our platform does not host social content, user profiles, messaging, or any form of user-generated media.

There is no mechanism within our app or website by which users can share content with one another.

Prohibited Content

Any submission of content that depicts, describes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access to the Service. We will report any such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
