- Device identifier: a randomly generated identifier stored on your device that allows you to view your prior transactions within the app. This identifier is not linked to any personal information and cannot identify you individually.

- To schedule and conduct your remote notarization session.

- To deliver your notarized documents.
- To respond to support inquiries.

3. Document Storage
Uploaded documents are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Amazon S3). Documents are retained for a reasonable period to allow for delivery and follow-up, then deleted. We do not share your documents with any third party other than the licensed notary conducting your session.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Children's Privacy
NY Notary is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
